Tips to prepare for exercise

Here are a few tips for you to start your exercise session right.

1) wear comfortable clothes

Wearing the right sports attire makes us feel comfortable and perform to our best while exercising. Denim pants not working for you while brisk-walking? Why not switch to a looser pair of sports shorts? Anything that gets you in the mood to exercise!
